新春伊始,浙江誠本又傳喜訊,一種采用高性能氮化硅新材料陶瓷圓柱滾子實現量產,這是該公司繼高鐵軸承、風電齒輪箱軸承滾子等高質量要求產品填補國內空白后又一重大技術突破,也是公司戰略布局軸承產業新賽道迎來的開門紅。

It also serves as a "good start" for the company’s strategic layout in the new track of the bearing industry.
隨著航空航天、高速機床、軌道交通等先進裝備的快速發展,軸承產業將面臨更多新的挑戰和機遇,高轉速、輕量化、耐高溫的陶瓷滾子需求將大大增加,而且隨著這項技術的不斷深入研究,研發成本和制造成本的降低,未來應用到民用如新能源汽車領域上,甚至會給到更多的生產制造企業,這會給我國帶來跨越式的發展和進步。但目前我國陶瓷滾動體制造處于起步階段,制造設備與工藝不成熟,滾子倒角、對數曲線修型、表面粗糙度等都是加工難點,同時因為陶瓷滾子的非磁性,因裝夾困難對工裝夾具提出了極高要求,國內能生產對數母線陶瓷滾動體磨超設備幾乎是空白。
As advanced equipment sectors (e.g., aerospace, high-speed machine tools, rail transit) develop rapidly, the bearing industry will face more new challenges and opportunities. Demand for ceramic rollers (characterized by high rotational speed, lightweight design, and high-temperature resistance) will surge significantly. Moreover, with in-depth research on this technology driving down R&D and manufacturing costs, future applications will expand to civil fields like new energy vehicles—even becoming accessible to more manufacturers. This will enable leapfrog development and progress for China. However, China’s ceramic rolling element manufacturing is still in its infancy: manufacturing equipment and processes are immature, and processing challenges include roller chamfering, logarithmic curve profiling, and surface roughness. Additionally, the non-magnetic nature of ceramic rollers creates high demands for tooling fixtures due to clamping difficulties, and domestic grinding and superfinishing equipment for logarithmic generatrix ceramic rolling elements is nearly non-existent.

As a professional bearing roller manufacturer, Zhejiang Chengbang boasts 20 years of manufacturing experience and technical reserves, with the capability to produce products requiring complex processes and high precision. It was an early achiever of logarithmic generatrix profiling processes for three major roller series (self-aligning, cylindrical, and tapered), and serves as a key supplier to the top two global bearing manufacturers. Given the manufacturing difficulty and application prospects of ceramic bearing rollers, the company began planning as early as 2022: it conducted market research, collected relevant information, and established a R&D team for ceramic roller production processes and processing equipment. Targeting the characteristics of ceramic rollers, the team continuously tested and researched roller processing procedures and equipment fixtures—ultimately succeeding, with all product indicators meeting customer requirements.
